 26.05.2010 - Suwalki Plaza Center has been completed!
Suwalki Plaza is the first such large shopping center in the Suwalki region.
It houses over eighty well-known stores and service centers, dining, three cinema halls in the multiplex and the Fantasy Park.
Visitors can enjoy shopping in the stores of well known brands such as H&M,
KappAhl, Douglas, Venezia, Orsay, Rossmann, Vision Express, Yes, Apart, Big Star, Sunset Suits, Cameieu or Smyk.
The new modern building has been integrated with a two former prison buildings.
They have been adopted for a commercial and service functions, and they are located right in the central part of the gallery, in well-lit atrium.
A peculiarity of the project is also volume
of the first floor of the building hung over the existing local street which intersects the ground floor level.
The investment value is estimated at nearly 50 million. euro. The investor is
Plaza Centers Poland.
