We are pleased to inform that the New Factory of Furniture Hardware BLUM In Jasin near Poznan has been completed to satisfaction of the Client and put to operation. Pentagram provided full range of architectural, structural and M&E project services, as well as Project and Construction Management.

All contractors have been selected in the process of tender and negotiations. The main subcontractors were Keller (DSM pillars) Budimex-Dromex (earthworks, structure of buildings, roof and overall cladding works, except the High Storage), Thyssen (cladding of the High Storage), Krug (road works), Pharmgas (plumbing works), Elprotech (electrical systems), Trane (HVAC systems), AZ Filipiak (finishing works) and several others.

The construction took from June 2005 till April 2006. Due to exceptionally difficult ground conditions, the deep soil mixing technology, provided by Keller had to be widely engaged. As a result, the overall length of the DSM pillars under the slab is over 13,000 meters.
