Pentagram has prepared design of the FACTORY OUTLET to be located in Lubon near Poznan. The Client, Neinver Polska has obtained the Building Permit and selected the General Contractor (Budimex-Dromex).
The earthworks on site have begun as of August and the main construction works as of September 2006.
The Project will consist of a gallery of fashion boutiques as well as cafes and restaurants with overall area of nearly 20,000 square meters. |
