We would like to inform that in September 2007 was opened the first of two phases of Factory Outlet centre in Lubon.
Project began in spring of 2006 and in destionation is going to offer 19 370 square meters of retail area.
Factory Outlet Lubon features shops of famous trade brands, such as: Atlantic, Bytom, Gatta, Gino Rossi, House, Levis, Monnari, Ochnik, Prochnik, Puma, Scotch&Soda, Sunset Suits, Tatuum, Vero Moda, Vip Collection, Wittchen and others.
Due to large volume of organic substances inside the ground layers, it proved necessary to exchange 70% of soil prior to construction.
