Characteristic: Julius Blum laid down the foundation stone of company's history over 50 years ago. On the 1st March 1952 the new furniture hardware factory was opened in Höchst, Germany.

Today, after 50 years of activity over 4500 people all over the world are employed by "Blum". The company produces different types of hinge, drawers, jacks and assembly supporting systems. Company Blum Polska Ltd. was found in 1992. The quality of its products was immediately appreciated by furniture producers and cabinet-makers.

The Project consisted of a production building, logistic building, social-administrative building with technical component, and last but not least, one of the biggest tallest (31 m.) high storage buildings in Poland. In addition internal road system and infrastructure had to be built as well, with dual fire water tanks 700 cubic meters each and rainwater storage tank with overall capacity over 700 cubic meters.

Due to exceptionally difficult ground conditions, the deep soil mixing technology, provided by Keller had to be widely engaged. As a result, the overall length of the DSM pillars under the slab is over 13,000 meters. High standard of finishes, superfine quality of cladding works and many untraditional solutions are typical for the project.

Year of build: 2005 - 2006
