Object size: approx. 19 370 square meters
Characteristic: Project began in spring of 2006 and was subdivided into two phases.
Factory Outlet is going to let 19,370 square meters of retail space where altogether 110 shops are going to be located. In the Phase One the built area is 13,430 square meters which converts to 70 shops.
In the Phase Two Factory Outlet centre would be extended by additional 5 940 square meters and about 40 new shops. There are ground parking and underground garage for jointly 725 cars.
The Factory's great advantage is its location in close proximity to A2 motorway junction which means easy access for clients from various directions.
Factory Outlet Lubon features shops of famous trade brands, such as: Atlantic, Bytom, Gatta, Gino Rossi, House, Levis, Monnari, Ochnik, Prochnik, Puma, Scotch&Soda, Sunset Suits, Tatuum, Vero Moda, Vip Collection, Wittchen and others.
Due to large volume of organic substances inside the ground layers, it proved necessary to exchange 70% of soil prior to construction. The same reason enforced partial usage of base plate and pad footing. The building is fully accessible to the disabled persons.
