Characteristic: The new industrial object. "KOFOLA" Company originally comes from the small Czech town - Krnov. In that place in 1993 the production of juices and various types of beverages have started.
Currently "KOFOLA" Company is a leading beverages producer in Central Europe offering high quality of the products and services on the highest European level. The building lot has 6,5 ha and is located in Kutno, on area of The Lodz Special Economic Zone (Kutno Sub-zone).
The Lodz Special Economic Zone was established in 1997 for 20 years period until the year 2017. The Condition to recive privilages from conducting the business activity in the LSEZ is to invest 100 000.00 Euro or create certain amounts of new work places and maintain them for at least 5 years time.
The object was built by "Warbud" S.A. and consists production - warehouse building with social - office part and technical back- yard with guards lodges.
