It therefore appears that the most appropriate use for this magnificent complex is to take a pivotal role in this historic process - European Intergration.
The Palace of Lubiaz due to its perfect location and its enormous inner and outer spaces is in every aspect an ideal background for establishing of an Educational, Training and Cultural Center for European Unity.
In that unique place the people from all countries of our continent will find an ideal environment to mutually learn about their cultures, to exchange experience and to create new ideas in the comprehensive process of bringing the entire European Community closer together.
In the entire region of CEE there is no other complex of buildings of even similar magnitude that would be immediately available for restoration and development.
The basic components of this plan are:
- To develop a unique product and offer high quality services at competitive, affordable prices (various levels of the market addressed)
- To renovate and revitalize historical Palace Complex with respect for rules of protection and conservation of historical monuments at the same time
- To reconstruct the historical landscape park plan situated on the Palace Complex (according to the strict Conservator's Regulations)
- To fulfill and partial reconstruct of accompanied buildings of the Palace Complex
- To build necessary technical and communication utility services enabled to operative and efficient working of Palace Complex due to contemporary technical precepts and environment protection regulations
- To attract visitors from the United Europe markets and beyond
- To attract investors (private, public and corporate) by intensive advertising the Project
- To keep construction and maintenance costs as low as only practical
- To thereby achieve high profits.
- The above goals are to be achieved by:
