Location: Poznan, 27 Grudnia Street - "DOMAR" Department Store

Object size: approx. 700 square meters
Characteristic: Adaptation of a part of the first floor and the basement as well as construction of technical building at the back yard of 'DOMAR' Department Store.
Completely new arc curved facade of the first floor was designed in correspondence with a situated opposite site of the street round shaped Department Store - the famous 'OKRAGLAK'.
The project required substantial investment into the M&E systems of the entire building and making general arrangement works of the front elevation.
It was the fist McDonald's Restaurant in Poznan.
