Apartment complex "Rezydencja Parkowa" was designed in place of old factory "Pollena Lechia", in quarter beetwen Glogowska Str. and Sniadeckich Str., next to Wilson's Park.
Area is surrounded by compact downtown settlement from the beginning of XX century and from the west side by one of the most beautiful parks with well-known Palm House. The complex has its underground part with two-story parking space, technical areas, lockers and another part with apartment and retail in ground floor.
Buildings architecture - optically light, sculptured blocks with asymmetry, flat roofs and large glassing (which open incredible view on Wilson Park ), is inspirated by Bauhause school.
All apartments have high standard, every has wide terrace, usually glassed – what make them very attractive and functional. The most luxurious penthouses situated in the buildings' west part are exposed on Wilson Park.
Project was realized for Globe Trade Center SA in cooperation with Moshe Tzur Architects International LTD atelier.
Realization of the object become suspended due to the worldwide real estate market crisis.
