Object size: approx. 40,000 square meters
Characteristic: The new industrial object replacing the old cigarettes factory "Wytwórnia Wyrobów Tytoniowych" S.A. at Wojskowa Street.
The building lot 12,5 ha at first, become 15 ha after the investor purchased additional parcel of land from the neighbour "Stollwerck" Company.
The new, increased site required full grading and leveling. The facility consists of warehouses, production buildings, office building, amenities, technical building and guard house and fully automated high storage - unique in Wielkopolska Region.
Since the investor had not chosen a general Contractor "PENTAGRAM" was responsible for organizing and resolving over 50 tenders for particular work packages. The project was bounced on time and within the budget.
